R&R is the military abbreviation for "Rest and Recovery", which is a term used when units are withdrawn from the front to rest and rebuild their combat power.
The material is relatively complicated to manufacture, and is made with thin strips on the front which makes the trousers flexible and stretchable. The back consists of small squares that have been scratched up, and thereby help to retain some of the heat. The way the material is produced, means the trousers will not feel too warm. They are therefore perfect for warming up or off-duty. You can also use them to train in, as they are extremely stretchy and follow the body's movements. Once you put them on, you definitely won't want to take them off again.
Tech pants are made of functional fibers that are both stretchable and breathable, thereby transporting moisture and sweat away from the body. You therefore get a pair of super comfortable trousers with multi-purpose function, as they are equally suitable for both training and leisure.
